Strong Girl Support is online and 1-2-1 fitness, nutrition, lifestyle and well-being coaching for women, who want to better themselves through every day life as well as their bodies and minds.
With the fitness industry at an all time high, fitness has become part of almost every person's every day life. But with so much information, comes a lot of confusion for any girl wanting to just feel good in her own skin.
Clean Eating, Paleo, High Fat, Low Carb, Low Fat, High Carb, The 5:2... And then there are all these different ways in how we should and shouldn't train in the gym!
So many diets and training methods, it's enough to make you want to lose your mind and just eat that bar of chocolate and simply give up! It seems like the easiest option at this point..
The thing is, not many women realise that it doesn't have to be this complicated! These companies are over-complicating it all and confusing you into buying their product because nothing else is working! And it's meant to not work, so that you "fail" and keep buying their stuff!
That's where Strong Girl Army comes in! I believe in a few old fashioned sayings that funny enough, never go out of date with health and fitness:

-The best diet is the easiest one to follow
-Balance is key
I encompass every one of those beliefs into the way I coach my ladies at Strong Girl Army. I like my ladies to feel like they can take over the world, while still enjoying their favourite treats and empowering themselves in the gym instead of drowning in cardio!
Lift heavy. Eat smart. Have fun. It's simple.
When I started out on my fitness journey I didn't have a support network. It was rare for me to find any girls who had the same goals and interests as me, but I was surrounded by people who didn't understand me and my goals and so I was judged. Leaving me feeling very isolated and alone.
I started Strong Girl Army so that women had someone to talk to, to guide them, to motivate and encourage them. And so that they could surround themselves with like-minded girls around the world who just needed a friend while going through the tough times and celebrating the achievements!
Strong Girl Army is where girls will never feel judged for their goals, their lifestyles, their opinions or questions.
We are a sisterhood of strong women who encourage each other to be STRONG on the inside as well as the outside.
Nutrition Plans & Macros
Custom nutrition plans with available macros based on your likes, dislikes and lifestyle to help you progress with your training and find a happy balance with your social life. These are adjusted regularly to suit you and what life throws at you so that you can always progress and feel happy in your skin.
Monthly workouts written by me, based on my own style of weight training in order to maximise muscle gain as well as fat loss, while enjoying and progressing in every session.
My workouts focus primarily on resistance hypertrophy training, while influenced by other disciplines.
Weekly Progress Checks
Each week I expect each of my clients to log their stats and inform me of their week's progress with nutrition, training and mindset.
This is where I am able to adjust any plans and guide them to improvements for the following week and so forth, ensuring they continue to progress.
Each client has access to their very own profile on the Strong Girl Army App [powered by My PT Hub], where they are able to receive all plans, log all workouts, contact myself directly and see their progress as they go along.
Every client has access to the Strong Girl Support Facebook group where we an all stay in touch, keep up to date with events and help each other.
Having a little community is a great way to help stay motivated.
Gym Meet Ups
Once per month we try to get a few girls together at Underground Gym, Brighton to train together and make friends!
The girls let me know what they would like to do and we grind it out!
